General terms and conditions about the products

Does my product look exactly the same in real life?
We have tried to depict the product as well as possible and to show how it works. We have also tried to make the color appear as true to nature. Of course it can always deviate slightly in real life, because dust is very difficult to photograph.

Can I see the product in real life before ordering it on the Internet?
Of course! We also recommend this if you have any doubts about the product! All our webshop products can be viewed and tested in our showroom.

Can I get a sample of the color?
Hell yes! This can be requested free of charge from the product page on the webshop. We also strongly recommend this to avoid disappointment. This way you know for sure if it is the color you want.

How big is the product?
You can find information about the dimensions of the product on the product page. Can I sleep on the sofa bed or wall bed every night? Not all sofa beds are recommended for every night, some serve more as a guest bed. You can find information about this on the product page. You can also always contact us if you have additional questions about the use. The wall bed, in combination with a good mattress, is suitable for every night.

Delivery time and delivery

What is the delivery time?
If the product is in stock, delivery will take place within 2 - 14 working days depending on your place of residence. Our planning department will contact you as soon as possible after placing your order. They make an appointment with you for delivery and assembly.

I must have the product before a certain date, is that possible?
If you have a deadline for receiving your product, please contact us first to discuss the feasibility.

Get my product delivered for free
Yes, we deliver all products free of charge in the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden) to the place of your choice. A surcharge applies for deliveries in Belgium. The amount of the surcharge differs per product and address in Belgium. Please contact the showroom about this.

Will my product be assembled?
Yes, we assemble all products free of charge at the location indicated by you. When we leave, you can use the product immediately. This applies to all addresses in the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden). For Belgium there is a surcharge, take this contract with the showroom.

How do I order a product?
By adding the product to your shopping cart you can proceed to the ordering process. You will then be asked to fill in the required fields with your data. If you click on confirm at the end of the process, you place the order.

How do I pay for the product?
You pay for the product during the ordering process via I-Deal or Credit card.

Can my ordered product be delivered?
Not all products can be disassembled or made very small. It is therefore important to think carefully about this. On our product pages you can find information about the size of the product and what you should pay attention to before delivery. So read this carefully!

When purchasing, you declare that the product ordered by you can reach its destination without the use of aids (such as a moving lift). Do you have doubts? Please contact us first! If it appears upon delivery that the product cannot be delivered in the normal way, the additional costs incurred will be passed on to you.

What if the ordered product does not go in after all?
If it turns out to be possible through the use of aids (such as a moving lift), these additional costs incurred will be passed on to you. If it really turns out to be impossible, we are dealing with a return of the product. Costs for the return are for your own account and are € 90, - Costs for the return from the Wadden Islands and abroad are different and can be requested from us.


What are the terms and conditions?
We are affiliated with the Central Living Sector Association. That is why the CBW Recognized conditions apply to you. In addition, there are some additional conditions. You can read the general terms and conditions HERE.

What is the warranty?
We are affiliated with the Central Housing Association. This means that you receive a full warranty on the delivered product for the first 2 years. Of course, this warranty does not apply if damage has been caused by incorrect use or damage that has been self-inflicted.


Do I have time for reflection?
You have a reflection period of 14 days after receiving your product.

What if I want to return the product?
You can use your right of withdrawal within the cooling-off period of 14 days. If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, please notify us by e-mail or telephone.

When is my product not eligible for return
Bed boxes that have already been mounted on the wall are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, and we only take back unused, clean and undamaged products. Products that have been used, damaged or dirty during the cooling-off period are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. For this reason, a photo will be taken of your product upon delivery.

Are there any costs associated with the return?
In the event of a return, we will schedule an appointment to collect the product from you. Given the size, weight and vulnerability of the product, we take care of the return ourselves.

Costs for the return are for your own account and amount to € 90. If a moving lift must be used for the return, these costs are also at your expense.

Costs for the return from the Wadden Islands and abroad are different and can be requested from us.
