Murphy bed mattresses
The mattresses are available in various designs. We have a nice collection of mattresses that are suitable for use in a folding bed. When is a mattress suitable for a folding bed? First of all, a mattress should of course not be too thick. If the mattress is too thick, it is likely that the folding bed will no longer close. Our thickest mattresses that we have in our collection are 20 cm thick. However, the choice often comes out on an 18 cm or 16 cm thick mattress. If the folding bed has a fairly shallow cupboard and there is a desire to fold the bed with duvet and all, then it may happen, for example, that we recommend a mattress of 16 cm thick. We also have a choice of high-quality mattresses of 16 cm thick. Consider, for example, a pleasant cold foam mattress!
Not all mattresses are suitable for use in a folding bed in terms of filling. Not every mattress is suitable for standing upright. Some fillings sink down due to gravity. Memory foam / Tempur / memory foam and latex mattresses are not suitable for a folding bed. These fillings will slowly collapse. A cold foam, pocket spring, innerspring or polyether mattress is suitable for your folding bed. The mattresses are available and can be ordered in all desired sizes. They are custom ordered for you. Most mattresses for a folding bed can also be chosen in a firm or flexible version.
